BackJeff Halper on the "Dahiya Strategy", a chilling plan of genocide to eliminate the Lebanon people. 2006 Nobel Peace Prize candidate Jeff Halper is a professor of Anthropology, a writer, a human rights activist and Executive Director of ICAHD, Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions. He was also the only Israeli Jew aboard the FREE GAZA boat lift that broke the Israeli blockade by sailing from Cyprus to the port at Gaza City in late August of this year.
