Solar Cooking Haddock Part.2
BackFrom the state of Maine up on the 45th parallel on October 11th I cooked Haddock. The fish came out perfect, but the rice was a little under done for my taste. I added no water and the moisture from the fish was insufficient to fully cook the rice. Next time I make this dish, I'll add some water to aid the rice into cooking better.
