Back[jonas house] [nicks parents gave them a speech about being responsible and not using 'public displays of affection' if we weren't ready to tell people that we were dating. They decided to keep their relationship to themselves regardless of the picture. They went upstairs to the guest room that Ashley and Madison were sharing, were everyone was hanging out.] K: we have an interview in about an hour, we should leave in a few minutes. N: okay A: Madison, you want to go shopping while they're doing that? M: sure [next week; Ashley & Kevin; Kevin pov] [Ashley was in the shower so I went into the room where Madison and nick were. I called joe in and I shut the door. I asked Madison [[[you'll know when it happens ]]] and asked if she thought it would be okay. She screamed, and said yes. I told them my plan and they agreed to help. We all went to different rooms so when Ashley came in she wouldn't be suspicious. Later that night we went out on our date. After diner, I drove down to a neighborhood park where there was a small lake. We walked over to the water and sat down on a bench swing hanging from a tree. She looked around and saw flower petals surrounding the swing, twinkle lights hanging in the trees, and me fidgeting with my hands. Nick, Madison, and joe did a great job decorating but I was so nervous.] A: Kevin what is all this for? K: well, today is special A: what do you mean K: okay [I stood up and grabbed ashleys hand, pulling her up with me. I kept a hold of her hand and looked into her eyes.] K: Ashley, you are the love of my life. I never want to lose you. I don't what I would do if you weren't with me. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. [she put her hand over her my mouth and I got down on one knee and pulled out a small box from my pocket. I opened it and held it up towards her.] K: Ashley Rose Wilson. Will you marry me? [she removed her hand from over her mouth and wiped a tear that had fallen from her cheek. She looked down at me and smiled. She nodded and said, 'yes. I would love to.' I stood up, put the ring on her finger and kissed her with more passion than ever before. later, when we got home, everyone was sitting in the living room waiting for us. When we walked in they all jumped us and congratulated us. That was probably the happiest day of my life. Everything seemed to be perfect in all of our lives, but that was about to change for some people.] [skipping a month] [madison's birthday has past and so shes now 17. She spent the day with nick and then they all threw her a little party. Nick gave her a promise ring.] [Madison pov] [I was sitting on the bed, drawing joe, who was sitting in front of me. Nick was on the other end of the bed writing a song. Kevin was sitting in a chair on his laptop. Ashley walked in and threw a manila envelope at me. Our mail was being forwarded here for the summer while we were gone.] A: that's for you [I turned it over to see who it was from] M: oh my gosh. It's from the London school of Art and Performance K: wow. Open it. N: what is that? K: the school she applied to in London with a year log art program. ----- next one in a few.
