The Sparrow Trio creates a unique blend of American bluegrass music and classic Chinese folk songs. They performed the song "Kan Ding Qing Ge" live at China.org as part of the 2008 Cultural Olympics. The traditional Chinese song was given an innovative overhaul with blazing banjo solos by 8-time Grammy winner Belá Fleck and a driving groove from fiddler Casey Driessen.
